Identity & document services

Passport photos that meet the spec — and help with the forms.

Sai Print takes your U.S. passport photo to current State Department requirements and prints it ready to submit. We also help you fill out the application itself so it is right before you take it to an acceptance facility.

Passport & visa photos

We take your photo against a plain white or off-white background and print it at 2 x 2 inches, with your head sized and centered to the U.S. Department of State standard, in natural expression with both eyes open. You leave with two identical prints — the number a U.S. passport application requires — and we can print extras or size photos to other countries’ visa requirements on request.

  • U.S. passport photos, 2 x 2 in, printed while you wait
  • Visa and overseas ID photos in common international sizes
  • Digital copy provided if you also need to upload one
  • Retakes at no charge if the first photo does not meet the spec

Photo tips

  • Wear normal everyday clothing; no uniforms and nothing resembling one
  • No hats or head coverings, except for religious reasons worn daily
  • Glasses must come off for the photo
  • Neutral expression or a natural smile, facing the camera directly

Application help

The forms trip people up. We help you complete the right one from your information so it is legible, consistent and complete:

  • Form DS-11 — first passport, applicants under 16, or a previous passport that was lost, stolen or issued long ago. Must be submitted in person.
  • Form DS-82 — renewal by mail, when your most recent passport is undamaged, was issued when you were 16 or older, and within the last 15 years.
  • We print the completed form, give you the document checklist, and tell you what fees to expect.

Where you submit

A DS-11 must be submitted in person at a passport acceptance facility — a designated post office, or a county clerk or library that accepts applications — or at a regional passport agency for urgent travel. Sai Print prepares your paperwork and photo; the U.S. government accepts and processes the application. Ask us for the nearest acceptance facility and whether it takes walk-ins or requires an appointment.

Passport execution and application fees are set by the U.S. Department of State and paid to the acceptance facility, not to Sai Print.

Important

Sai Print is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State and cannot issue passports or guarantee processing times. We prepare your photo and forms; all official processing is done by the government.
